Seniors & Scholars Balance Health and Fun

October 7 marked the start of this season’s Seniors & Scholars monthly breakfast events at the Stavros Institute.  Jacqulyn Schuett, the Pinellas Education Foundation’s new Manager of Planned Giving & Marketing was introduced. Dr. James Steg spoke with the audience of 89 active seniors about the essential points of “Healthy Aging.”  The morning program was sponsored by Oak Manor Senior Living Community.

The second of the fall series of breakfasts was held on November 11 with over 100 Seniors & Scholars members in attendance. The Fountains and the Springs of Boca Ciega sponsored the breakfast and provided a team of therapeutic professionals to offer a presentation on “Maintaining Balance.”
