Walker's Rising Stars - Performing Arts

Performing Arts Additional Requirements

1. A typed resume listing your name and address as well as all music or theatre studies, performances, and awards.
2. One (1) letter of reference. This letter should be from your high school arts teacher or private instructor.
3. A photograph suitable for printing (head and shoulders) with your name on the back to be used for the show program if selected as a finalist. Photographs may not be returned.
