Big congratulations to the Sun-Kissed Ladies from Gibbs High School, winners of the 3DE Innovators Showcase that took place last week! These five incredible juniors pitched their entrepreneurial idea: an all-natural body butter with SPF, created to debunk the myth that women of color don’t need sun protection. We’re incredibly grateful to the Rotary Club of Gulf Beaches for their continued partnership and generosity!Our CEO Kim Jowell gave a presentation on our work at their recent meeting and was thrilled to accept a generous $9,000 donation for our Take Stock in Children mentoring program.
