These five incredible juniors pitched their entrepreneurial idea: an all-natural body butter with SPF, created to debunk the myth that women of color don’t need sun protection. Gibbs’ inaugural 3DE by Junior Achievement class is setting the bar high, and we couldn’t be prouder to support their journey through entrepreneurship, innovation and real-world learning.![]()

Our CEO Kim Jowell gave a presentation on our work at their recent meeting and was thrilled to accept a generous $9,000 donation for our Take Stock in Children mentoring program. This gift will provide scholarships for 2 new students, joining the 13 students they currently support through the program.![]()

Since 1996, they have contributed an incredible $166,600, helping to empower students through both Take Stock in Children and Career and Technical Education programs.![]()
