Classroom Grants
Now more than ever, we recognize the critical need to support teachers by giving them access to tools that close achievement gaps and enhance innovative, hands-on learning for students. On an annual basis, thanks to the generosity of our donors, Pinellas Education Foundation provides over $125,000 in classroom grants.
All Pinellas County Schools teachers, instructional staff or administrators can apply for up to $1,000 to fund a classroom project to support the achievement of your students.
Important things to know:
- New this year – classroom support will be funded through DonorsChoose.
- DonorsChoose was created by teachers, for teachers. If your project is selected for funding, the items you request will be automatically shipped to your school.
- All grade levels and subject areas are encouraged to apply. Priority will be given to literacy, math, STEM, or an innovative enrichment to curriculum.
- We will select projects that are creative and sustainable beyond just one class or school year.
Apply today through DonorsChoose.org by creating a teacher account and submitting a request.
Application reviews begin in mid-September and will be awarded on a rolling basis until January 31 or funding is exhausted. Access the links below to apply and read our Classroom Grants FAQs.
